It's too late to send me a photo of your pet (or a loaner pet) reading a copy of any Karin Slaughter book, but you would have been entered to win a special, hand-numbered
and signed limited edition KARIN SLAUGHTER: 2009 book. See what it looks like here.
Yup -- a free signed book! -- just for taking a photo of your pet reading one of my books. (wanna see some of the previous entries? Click here.)
The Details:
- I accepted digital or print entries (digital size limit: 100K, format as a .JPG)
- I asked for your pet's name, your name and the general area you live in (country/city/state). I mean, how easy was that?
More Details:
- Your photo must be timestamped or postmarked by midnight July 9, 2009.*
- We'll announce a winner on the website sometime around July 13, 2009.
- E-mail your digital photos to pets@karinslaughterphotocontest.com with the subject PET CONTEST. You must use this subject line in order to be entered into the contest (okay, it's really to get through the spam filters, but play along, okay?).
The Fine Print:
* midnight Atlanta time. Investigoogle if you need to translate that into your local time. By entering your photo, you give me permission to display it on my website. With your name. And the name of your pet. Even your city/state/country. For other people to see. And maybe laugh at. Or say "awwwwwwwwwwwwwww, how cute!" Or even send to their friends in one of those annoying forward-forward-forward-forwarded messages that are a pain in the ass to open. There's probably other fine print I didn't think of, so just assume I'll be a smart-ass, okay?
Printed entries will not be returned.
